Post Publishing Plc yesterday announced the acquisition of a 40% stake in Flash News Co for 10 million baht. Post, the publisher of the Bangkok Post and Post Today daily newspaPers, will Pay 100 baht Per share for 100,000 new common shares of Flash News.
