They tell us the best way to get rid of our financial preconceptions, but that means we have to break down all our internal walls - the ones that hold us back. If you're willing to cope with the challenges, you have the potential to learn a lot.
There's more here than just a course in positive thinking. These practical exercises can help, and some of them are real challenges.
